Ingredients
- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup chocolate-covered caramels (chopped if large)
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup candy corn
- 2 cups caramel popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, chocolate-covered caramels, M&Ms, candy corn, and caramel popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the binding mixture by melting the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the melted butter and sugar mixture with the snack mix until all pieces are coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters and serving.
Notes
Use any flavor of Chex cereal preferred, and feel free to substitute M&Ms with chocolate chips or other candies.
