Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Food coloring (optional for spooky color)
Black olives (for decoration)
Sour cream (for decoration)
Instructions
Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados: Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess, whether chunky or smooth.
Mix in flavors: Add lime juice, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well until combined.
Add color (optional): If you’re aiming for a spooky look, add a few drops of green or purple food coloring to the guacamole and mix until the color is even.
Serve: Spread the guacamole onto a serving plate and use a spatula to create a smooth surface.
Create the spiderweb design: Using sour cream, pipe a circular web design on top of the guacamole.
Decorate with olives: Position black olives on top to create spooky spider decorations. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Choose ripe avocados for the best flavor and texture. Cover guacamole tightly to prevent browning.
