Ingredients
1 pound langostinos, cleaned and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep the langostinos: If using frozen langostinos, ensure they are fully thawed and patted dry with a paper towel.
Sauté garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add langostinos: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the langostinos to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Season: Sprinkle paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper over the langostinos. Toss to coat evenly with the spices, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Finish with lemon: Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Serve: Transfer the langostinos to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Don’t overcook langostinos to avoid toughness; use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
