Ingredients
500g chicken breast, cut into chunks
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Oil for frying
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2-3 green chilies, chopped
1 onion, cubed
1 bell pepper, cubed
Spring onions, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Coating: In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well. Coat each chicken chunk in this mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and let it drain on paper towels.
Add Vegetables: Toss in the chopped green chilies, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crisp.
Combine Chicken and Sauce: Pour in the soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Mix well to combine. Add the fried chicken and toss everything together until the chicken is well coated in the sauce.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot.
